Dark chocolate sinner’s food


You can get number of health benefits from dark chocolates, it contains lot of calories but it is also high in fat. So you must keep tracking how much calories you are eating in a day.

Chocolates are made from vegetables, which contains a vast part of dark vegetables. Dark vegetables (which are dark in color) have special type of pigments named flavonoids, which acts as antioxidants to help reduce damage to your body. Dark chocolate contains a large number of antioxidants which protect our body from aging and cell damage. Chocolates are always good for heart; a small bar of dark chocolate can reduce the possibility of heart disease. It can also lower down blood pressure and reduced cholesterol.

Some dark chocolates have high levels of cocoa flavonols, which may boost eyesight. Vitamins minerals found in it may support you from various ways. Dark chocolate contains several elements that stimulate the production of endorphins, chemical in the brain that brings on feelings of pleasure. There was a misconception that chocolate increases the risk of tooth cavities, but researchers said eating dark chocolate helps fight tooth cavities.
